Our structure is set up in a way that each person is in charge of a certain area of the organization. This allows for people to be able to have autonomy within their position while still communicating with the rest of the team. Even though each executive board member is in charge of their own area, we all work as a team to get projects and initiatives done.

We try to have a variety of different programs for residents. Some are socially focused while others are more educationally focused. We decide on what programs we will do based on what we hear from residents and other student leaders. Each term we strive to put on 6-8 different programs. During the winter and spring term, we also put on a co-program with all three councils. Each executive board member is in charge of putting together at least one program a term.
